Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile game Prism Defense (the "Service"), provided by Dongmin Yu (the "Developer"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service's source code is separately published under the MIT License; use of the source code follows that license, while use of the app distributed through app stores follows these terms.

Game records and settings are stored only on your device. Data lost through uninstalling the app, changing devices, or resetting a device cannot be recovered, and managing that data is your responsibility.

5. Ads and third-party services

Ads in the Service are provided by Google AdMob; the handling of ad-related personal information follows the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Liability for damages caused by the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence is not limited.

8. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised terms and their effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
