Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the mobile game Prism Defense (the "Service"), provided by Dongmin Yu (the "Developer"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Service's source code is separately published under the MIT License; use of the source code follows that license, while use of the app distributed through app stores and of the mini app inside Toss follows these terms.

Game records and settings are stored on your device. In store app versions that include cloud save, selected progress can also synchronize through the signed-in Play Games account on Android or the available iCloud account on iOS when iCloud is enabled for the app. It can restore synchronized progress within the same platform account after reinstalling or changing devices; it does not transfer saves between Play Games and iCloud or synchronize every setting. Local and offline play remain available without cloud storage. Section 2.1 of the Privacy Policy describes the saved data and its handling. In the mini app inside Toss they are stored in the mini app storage Toss provides, and records do not move between the store app and the mini app. Restoration depends on a synchronized copy being available to the platform account; data that was not synchronized may be lost after uninstalling, changing devices or resetting a device. Cloud save does not guarantee recovery of every record. Managing that data is your responsibility. Restoring Premium is separate from restoring game records or Prism balances.

5. Prism Premium purchases and restoration

Prism Premium is a lifetime, non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal. It grants access to all six existing palettes and suppresses forced interstitials when ads are available. Rewarded revives and double Prisms remain optional for all players, subject to ad availability. Premium does not change tower power, game difficulty, or game records. You can play without buying Premium and unlock palettes individually with Prisms earned through play. Prism Premium cannot be purchased in the mini app inside Toss.

Check the in-app palette screen for purchase availability and pricing. Review the final amount in your local currency shown by the store before paying. RevenueCat verifies purchases and manages access; information handling follows the Privacy Policy.

After reinstalling the app or changing to a device using the same store, sign in to the store account used for the purchase and select Restore purchase in the palette screen. Purchases and restoration require a network connection and verification of store purchase history. Purchases cannot be transferred between Apple App Store and Google Play. Premium access may be removed when a refund or purchase revocation is confirmed.

Refunds are handled under applicable law and the policies of the store where you purchased. See Apple's refund guidance or Google Play's refund guidance. Contact the Developer below if you have a purchase or restoration problem.

6. Ads and third-party services

Ads in the store app are provided by Google AdMob, and ads in the mini app inside Toss are provided by Toss; the handling of ad-related personal information follows the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranty

The Service is provided "as is". The Developer does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Liability for damages caused by the Developer's willful misconduct or gross negligence is not limited.

9. Changes to and discontinuation of the Service

The Developer may change or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised terms and their effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
